Before reporting a problem
- Keep the original file or capture until you have checked the export.
- Confirm the device has enough free storage for the source and result.
- Download cloud-only files before importing them.
- Unlock password-protected PDFs with the known password first.
- Try a smaller document if a very long file exceeds device memory.
Local files and backups
Rebuild’s library is local to the app. It is not a replacement for a managed archive or independent backup. Export important work to a destination you control and confirm that the result opens before deleting the source.
Advertising and purchases
Pre-release builds can use Google test advertising while full-screen production adverts remain suppressed. If the optional ad-free purchase is not available from Apple in your storefront, the app should report it as unavailable rather than taking payment elsewhere. Store purchases can be restored from the same Apple account when the product is active.
