Troubleshooting

If the file will not process

  • A password-protected PDF must be unlocked before it can be merged.
  • Very large PDFs can exceed the memory available to a mobile browser.

Does merging change the page quality?

No. Pages are copied into a new PDF without being rendered as images.

Can I change the file order?

Yes. Move each selected file up or down before you merge.
