Turn document photos into a PDF
Review one or more document images, arrange their order and export an image-only or searchable PDF while keeping the source captures unchanged.
Keep each image's aspect ratio
Each selected photo becomes a PDF page with the source aspect ratio, scaled to a standard document long edge. A tall receipt stays tall, a wide whiteboard stays wide and a square image remains square.
The tool does not add an A4 or Letter frame around the image. Portrait and landscape sources are handled per page, so one PDF can contain a mixed-orientation batch.
Review crop, orientation and tone
The review screen places the original beside the enhanced preview. Correct ignored rotation metadata, move the four crop corners and adjust brightness or contrast before approving each page.
Automatic suggestions remain visible for review rather than changing the camera file. PNG transparency, skewed paper and uneven lighting should be checked against the source before the page is accepted.
Arrange multiple images in page order
A selected batch becomes one PDF with one page per image in the order shown before export. Reorder the captures when a phone or file picker has supplied them in the wrong sequence.
One multi-page file can be used for an expense report, insurance claim, portfolio submission or photographed paper document when the receiving system expects a single PDF.
Add an optional searchable text layer
Searchable and optimised is the default for photographed documents. The tool compresses the reviewed page images, runs local OCR and adds recognised lines as an invisible text layer after image processing is complete.
The finished PDF is reopened to check page geometry, visible appearance and searchable text. Blur, glare, handwriting, unusual type and faint marks can still produce incorrect recognised wording.
Search and copy important names, dates, amounts and reference numbers before relying on the text layer. Choose image-only PDF for a faster visual bundle that does not include OCR text.
Export one reviewed document
A PDF keeps the approved page order in one file for portals, claims, applications and record systems that accept a document rather than a folder of images. It also gives the batch one predictable print sequence.
Review, optimisation, OCR and output checks run in this browser. The selected photographs and their recognised text are not sent to a document-processing server.
Open the result in another PDF reader and compare the first, last and any corrected page with its source image. Keep the camera files until crop, orientation, tone and searchable text have been checked.

How is a searchable PDF created?
Searchable mode compresses the reviewed images, then adds an OCR text layer. Check copied names, dates and amounts because blur, glare and handwriting can be misread.
Are HEIC photos accepted?
Not directly. Save or export them as JPG first, then add them to the tool.
