Enter individual page numbers or ranges, keep them in the requested order and save the selection as a new PDF.
Enter page numbers and ranges
Use a selection such as 2, 5-9, 14 to combine individual pages and ranges. The order entered is retained in the new PDF, so the selection can also define a different sequence from the source.
A page outside the document bounds and a duplicate page selection are refused with a clear message. The operation resolves the complete list before it creates the output.
Enter pages in ascending order when the extract should follow the source. Enter a different order when the recipient requires a rearranged subset, then review that sequence before processing.
Rebuild navigation for the extract
The extractor rebuilds page labels for the selected pages. Bookmarks and links whose destinations remain inside the extract can survive, while references to pages left behind are pruned.
The new PDF is checked page by page before download. Open it in another reader and confirm page order, displayed labels and any navigation that the recipient still needs.
Share only the selected pages
An extract can limit a handoff to the pages required for the task, such as one contract section, a short financial schedule or the relevant pages from a larger application file.
Review the selected pages for information carried in headers, footers, attachments or surrounding context. Removing unrelated pages does not automatically redact sensitive content that remains on a kept page.
Keep the source PDF unchanged
Extraction reads the selected PDF and writes a new file without modifying the source on disk. Separate extracts can therefore be prepared from the same complete document for different recipients.
Use Remove pages when a short deletion list is easier to enter than the pages to keep. Use Split PDF when every page should become its own numbered file instead of one combined extract.
The operation runs in this browser, and neither the source nor the generated extract is sent to a document-processing server. Keep the source until every extracted copy has been checked and retain it for reference where required.
