Organise pages in a PDF

Review page thumbnails, change their order or orientation, add material from another PDF and save the assembled document as a new file.

Review every page in the thumbnail rail

The editor shows every page as a thumbnail beside the full-size view. Use the rail to find a misplaced appendix, an upside-down scan, an accidental blank page or a duplicated cover before changing the document.

The selected thumbnail sets the insertion point for a blank page, duplicate or imported group. New pages appear after that selection, which makes their position visible before further edits are made.

Reorder, rotate, delete and add pages

Move pages up or down, rotate pages from a sideways scan and delete unwanted blanks. A new blank page uses the selected page's visible size and orientation, while Duplicate copies the selected page.

To add material from another PDF, choose the required source pages from their thumbnails. The selected pages are inserted in source order after the current page, and the whole multi-page import becomes one Undo step.

Clean up a scanned bundle

Start by correcting sideways or upside-down pages so every thumbnail has the intended reading orientation. Then remove blank backs from duplex scanning, separator sheets and other pages that should not appear in the result.

Finish by checking sequence: statements may arrive newest first, exhibits may need to follow a contract and a signature page may belong at the end. Add a blank separator only when the document requires one.

Choose a focused page tool when it fits

Use the visual editor when page identity and placement need inspection or when selected pages from another PDF must join the open document. Other page operations can be completed through a focused tool.

Rotate PDF turns every page together, Split PDF creates one file per page, Extract pages makes one document from a selected range and Remove pages deletes a known list while keeping the remainder together.

Stay within the editor limits

The starting PDF can contain up to 200 pages and be up to 200 MB. The working document must remain within the same limits after additions, so a file with 188 pages can accept no more than 12 additional pages.

The import chooser checks the selected page count before changing the document and does not leave a partial import after a limit is exceeded. Each source PDF can be up to 200 MB, and the assembled copy must also stay within 200 MB.

Organisation, recovery and export run in this browser. The source file remains unchanged, while reorder, rotation, deletion and page additions remain available through Undo until the new PDF is exported.
