Review the imported DOCX before export
The browser reads page sections, paragraphs, character styles, positioned pictures, supported shapes and form-like content from the DOCX. It reconstructs those elements on fixed pages in the editor.
Select and correct supported text, move supported objects and inspect page breaks before export. The source Word file remains unchanged, while Undo and local recovery preserve changes made during the browser session.
Preserve supported fixed-page layout
The importer preserves supported paper size, text placement, font family and styling, colours, pictures and simple geometry. PDF export fixes the reviewed line breaks and object positions for other devices.
Before saving, you can add signatures, highlights, comments, links, drawings, images, page numbers and supported PDF form fields. Pages can also be reordered, rotated, cropped or resized in the editor.
Check complex Word content
Complex floating objects, nested tables, tracked changes, macros, charts and application-specific drawing effects do not always map to fixed browser page objects. Import warnings identify content that needs attention.
Letters, agreements, reports, forms and image-led documents use the currently supported path. Compare every important page with the DOCX when legal, financial or brand-specific layout must remain exact.
Select PDF or editable Word output
Save PDF for signing, sending, printing or filing when the page should no longer reflow. The export path checks every page and retains supported searchable text, links and interactive form fields.
Save editable Word when the next person needs to continue changing supported content. Text, pictures, forms and simple shapes can return as selectable DOCX objects, while PDF-only effects may require removal.
